To teach powerful breathing practices to the participants practicing which the breath of participants becomes naturally deep, slow & long. Majority of people breathe fast & shallow, and such an incorrect way of breathing results in illnesses & diseases. The aim of this program is to correct the breathing pattern of the participants.
The participants would learn about the following focus areas in this program & experience the following benefits -
Duration – 4-5 hours approximately (divided in1- 2 hours session a day).
