To teach some basic mind and body relaxation meditations and breathing exercises to children & teenagers so that they are better equipped to cope up with the study and academic demands. To also create an understanding in them of the right way of living life to stay mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.
The participants would learn about the following focus areas in this program & experience the following benefits -
Duration – 12-14 hours approximately (divided in 1 hour or 2 hours session a day).
Program Type – Group & Individual Both.
Eligibility – Age 7 to 19.
