Mrs. Shilpa Mehta

Mrs. Shilpa Mehta is a passionate fitness freak, an avid dancer and a nature lover. She loves admiring the beauty of nature through walks and quietly watching the creation. She deeply values connecting with self and others, and to something greater than the worldly affairs. She truly believes in discipline, consistency and sincerity.

Her professional journey towards becoming a Holistic Psychospiritual Therapist began with her own healing journey—a journey that taught her that true transformation happens when we heal both the psyche and the soul.

Before becoming a therapist, she spent years as an English teacher—an experience that deeply shaped her understanding of human expression, story, and connection. She also runs a fitness studio because she believes that mental and emotional health are deeply connected to how we manage and move our bodies. The studio is less about chasing an aesthetic ideal and more about creating a space where movement feels safe, empowering, and joyful.

However, after experiencing the beautiful & nourishing healing journey herself, she realised that the heart of what she loved was not just in-between the boundaries of physical fitness. Infact, it was more about listening, connecting and helping people move towards a happy and blissful life by providing them the true knowledge of their own self so that they get empowered to unfold their true powers, because this is where the key to a good life lies.

This realization motivated her to get trained as a therapist and help the cause of humanity. And now that she is a trained and an experienced therapist, she helps individuals navigate through anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and the complexities of identity.

Alongside that, she is trained extensively in meditation & breathwork, & offers these practices as essential tools in her work. Whether it’s through nervous system regulation, emotional processing, or cultivating presence, she has seen again & again how breath & stillness can offer clarity when words fall short.

Today, her work lives at the intersection of mind, body, and breath. Whether you’re seeking therapy, looking to move your body in an intentional way, or wanting to explore the quiet power of stillness, she’s here to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, love and care.

She profoundly believes in the voice of Vedas - ‘Aham Brahmasmi’ which means ‘We Are Ourselves The Creators Of Our Destiny & Life Situations’.
