To teach some basic mind and body relaxation meditations to the participants. These are powerful meditations that the participants will start practicing daily after program completion. These meditations will help them keep their mind and body in a calm, relaxed, comfortable, joyful & a happy state. This would act as the beginning of their spiritual journey as well.
The participants would learn about the following focus areas in this program & experience the following benefits -
Duration – 7-8 hours approximately (divided in 1 hour or 2 hours session a day).
Program Type – Group & Individual Both.
Eligibility – Age 14 & Above.
